    I loved having Peter on the monthly zoom call. He’s quite calming isn’t he?

    I can’t stress enough (no pun intended) how important taking time to unwind is. Even if you can just sit and be with your thoughts for 10 minutes each morning, or mid-day you’ll immediately see the benefits!

    Consider doing some yoga, take a long walk, go for a run – instead of listening to music, be unplugged and just listen to nature and your breathing. #LifeChanging

    Please Share with the group – what you are doing for “me time”. I’m currently doing a #5KaDay challenge – where I walk or run at least 3.1 miles a day. it’s my time to unplug, be with nature and do some deep thinking. I get amazing clarity!
