I’ve spent 30+ years in branding, marketing, leadership, and strategy—working with banks, healthcare systems, nonprofits, and insurance organizations to solve messy problems, align teams, and make big, bold moves that drive results.

I love watching people wake up. When a CEO finally sees what’s been holding their team back… when an entrepreneur stops settling and starts dreaming again… when someone who dreads Mondays reignites their spark—I live for that transformation.

I’m also a Certified High Performance Coach®, speaker, writer, and unapologetic truth-teller. I coach leaders who are done playing small. I teach teams how to show up fully. And when I hit the stage or grab a mic, I don’t just talk—I provoke, I inspire, and I get people thinking in dimensions they didn’t know existed. They call me a “Quantum Communicator”—I call it my zone of genius.

And yeah, I used to grow my own food, can it, and had enough toilet paper to outlast a pandemic. These days, my partner Dave and I live full-time in our RV named Tillie, chasing sunsets, freedom, and Wi-Fi while I run three companies from the road.
