It’s Friday and that means we are going all-in on The Thursday Club mission for this month of working on our personal brand and diving into Napoleon Hill.

Today I want you to really focus on the first 2 because they are critical. I talk about these a lot because they literally changed my life. Well – all 13 of them are important as all hell, but you MUST master the first two.
DESIRE
If you want to have a powerful personal brand that shines, and begins to attract like-minded individuals that will either help you build your company, elevate your business or advance you in your career you need to 100% KNOW where you want to go and have DEEP desire to get there.
Rule one is to get clarity on what drives you, what makes you happy, and be crystal clear on your goal. That goal can be anything! Napoleon said, “A goal is a dream with a deadline”. Choose the goal, and write down a date you want to accomplish it by.
You have to want this goal just as much as you want to breathe. It must become part of your soul. You think about it all the time. Think of being a child and you wanted a bike and your parents said you needed to earn $20 towards it. Because children don’t overthink and have head trash – they want that bike so badly that they will do whatever needs to be done to earn the $20.
This is IMPORTANT because when you desire something that badly – you don’t dwell on the rough spots. You pick yourself up and keep going. You see mountains as molehills and you persevere. If you don’t want something badly enough – if the desire isn’t there, you will more than likely quit.
FAITH
You need to 100% believe in your soul that you will accomplish the goal. As in zero doubt. Believe to Achieve. When self-doubt creeps in, your desire wanes and you will quit. When you believe you WILL -not can- but WILL you become unstoppable. As with Desire, you will see failures as blips on the continuum – you just keep going because you don’t consider quitting part of the equation.

Hone in on your goal
Put down on paper your commitment to Desire and Faith.
