[ThursdayClub] Light your Candle

Happy Friday!

We are coming up on the last week of April – I know, it’s crazy how quickly time is flying – isn’t it?

This month we tackled “Un-Messing” our lives – from our cluttered houses to our cluttered bodies to our cluttered souls. When you remove the things that don’t serve you, not only do you feel a burdening weight being lifted, but you are also happier. Why? Less clutter = Less stress.

The bigger reason I encourage my tribe to declutter is it allows for calmer thinking and self-reflection. So many people – maybe that’s you (hint, hint – push, push) – spend their lives trying to please others, showing up as their less than authentic self and they keep saying “When I retire, or when I have more money, or when I lose 50 pounds”…and they never do.

If you want to light your candle and live your life the way you really want it, not how someone else thinks you should – you have to DO.

  • You have to change your current environment
  • You have to change the people in your circle of 5
  • You have to let go of limiting beliefs
  • You have to BELIEVE that what is on your bucket list is achievable
  • You have to understand that consistent daily actions lead to habits lead to transformations

It’s time to light your candle.

It’s on you to do it. I can guide you and I can nudge you. You need to strike the match and light the candle.
