Happy Fri-YAY!
I’m always amazed at how quickly my weeks go. I think it’s true – the older you get, the quicker the time flies. Am I right? Ergo, the older I get the more obsessed I become with living MY life MY way.
Which leads to today’s musings…
My guess is, if you are in this group there are things in your life you WANT and in the past, you’ve struggled to get them.
If you are OPEN to the possibilities, you can change anything. You are writing your story – so what the hell is on your pages?
This month we are talking about being healthier – mind, body, and soul. You must feed your mind first – it all begins there.
What comes out of your mouth, your mind believes 100% good or bad.
Read that again. It’s important.
Feed your mind
This morning I was listening to an Instagram post from Dr. James Rouse – check him out, he’s a keeper. I also bought his book Think, Eat, Move, Thrive: The Practice for an Awesome Life – and am in the midst of it now.
You can’t help but feel good about yourself after watching one of his videos – that works for me. I’ll let you go watch his videos to get his story – but I will tell you that like many of us, he had a tipping point. A time when he said enough was enough. He flipped the switch, changed his life. For Dr. Rouse – his inspiration came from Jack LaLanne.
Everyone is different – we all get inspo from different people and places. Find your jam, and feed your mind daily.
Feed your mind, %FIRSTNAME%. I can’t say it enough.
Part of my #30DaysofCindy includes daily brain feeding – DAILY! At minimum 30 minutes -but because I’m obsessed with personal development, I can go down a rabbit hole pretty easily. And you know what – I don’t apologize for it one bit. If I’m putting positive powerful shit into my brain – nothing, and I mean nothing bad can happen because of it. So what if the dishes aren’t done?
Back to being open to the possibilities….
Imagine what your life COULD be like a year from now if you opened yourself up to the possibility?
Imagine yourself healthier and happier.
Imagine yourself with less stress, more money.
Whatever that magical place is you call your dream life – be open that it can happen.
It all starts with you.
If your mind, body, and soul aren’t healthy – aren’t running at peak performance, you’ll struggle.
Be OPEN to moving a bit more today.
Be OPEN to putting healthy good food in your body.
Be OPEN to removing negativity from your life.
Be OPEN to surrounding yourself with goodness.
