Good morning and happy Friday!
If you’ve been with me for a while you know that I 100% believe in the power of positive thinking and we all have the power to manifest what we want out of life and yes…I also believe that we are ALL living the exact life we want.
If you want something different – you need to do something different. Staying the same and expecting different results simply does not work.
Enter the power of the written word.
When you write something down and then say it out loud over and over and over again – your brain begins to believe your words.
This week in your journals – continue on with the free flow of thought. Remember to not make your journaling a daily bitch session. It’s ok to voice frustrations but end the entry with what you are going to do to change your unhappy situation. How are you CHANGING you?
On top of that, I want you to start some manifestation posts.
Each day write down 10 things in the current tense – do not use phrases like “I will” or “I wish” write “I am” for instance.
I am at a healthy happy weight.
I am financially independent and secure.
I am in a happy fulfilling relationship.
I am on a career path that suits me and makes me happy.
Every day write the SAME ten manifestations.
Trust me – it works.
You can go further on this manifestation journey and get incredibly detailed in your words. For instance, talking about your career -what are you doing, how does it feel, how are you impacting others, what are the financial rewards. The more detailed you are the more YOUR brain will be trained into believing they are true.
Sounds a bit new age like – I get it. Trust the process. Trust yourself.
