[ThursdayClub] New Content Drop – We’re Journaling!

I’m stoked for November because we are diving into The Power of Journaling for Personal Development! Check out the content HERE. You’ll find your homework and overview for the month. My hope is you commit to doing this daily for 30 Days – writing your secrets, your thoughts and your fears.
I’m going to give you some daily prompts – they are meant to get you thinking BUT you should totally freely write down what’s in your soul and heart – whatever comes to you!
- Monday: What’s the last compliment you got and how did it make you feel?
- Tuesday: What’s one thing you’ve done in your life that you are incredibly proud of – either big or small.
- Wednesday: What’s one thing you would like to change about yourself – and write down 5 ways you might get there.
- Thursday: 10 things you are grateful for and why?
- Friday: Self Care day – where are you struggling with your self care and what are 5 things you can do to remedy that?
- Saturday: What do you want your legacy to be – what will people say about you after you die?
- Sunday: Bucket list Sunday – what’s missing on your list?
TIPS:
Remember to find your happy spot to think, reflect and write.
It’s ok to vent to yourself, but remember to not leave it in a negative state – what you put forth you attract. Find solutions – prompt yourself to move past the negative.
Enjoy the process – no one is going to read this but you. NO ONE. Let yourself go…
